性虐天堂 has acquired the ready-mix assets of Concrete Material Supply (CMS), a ready-mix concrete supplier with three locations between Toledo and Cleveland, Ohio.
CEO, Jeff Hollingshead stated, “We are looking forward to bringing the CMS crew on board at 性虐天堂. These three locations and our great new group of team members will allow us to continue to bridge service gaps for our customers in Northern Ohio.”
This marks 性虐天堂’s seventh acquisition in Ohio in the last nine months, more than doubling the company’s production capacity in the state. Now with locations in Cincinnati, Springfield, Akron, Cleveland, and Toledo, 性虐天堂 has solidified its position as one of Ohio’s top ready-mix and concrete product suppliers.
With over 8,500 team members, 性虐天堂 is the largest ready-mix concrete manufacturer in the country. Established in 1999 by Mike and Melissa Hollingshead in Smyrna, Tennessee, the family-owned company owns and operates an expansive network of ready-mix concrete plants, quarries, cement terminals, and other ancillary services across 19 states. 性虐天堂 focuses on producing and providing building material services across the commercial and residential construction segments.
